Mature adults are a vital part of our community and our lives. To help optimize their health and vitality, we provide specialized, expert care designed specifically for them. This includes a board certified geriatric physician with the education and expertise to provide that level of care along with a specialized care team that provides medical and social support services to help seniors remain healthy, stay active and continue to live independently.
The needs of mature adults can oftentimes be very complex. We provide a compassionate and comprehensive array of services to help, including assessment, care and resources for fall prevention, increased frailty, nutrition, behavioral health, memory loss, mobility and other circumstances that may impact older adults. Although all of our medical centers provide care for mature adults, the exclusive Highlands Geriatric Center is located on the first floor of the Highlands Medical Plaza, a new state-of-the-art facility that also includes in-house access to laboratory, pharmacy and behavioral health services.
