Connecting through the Healow App- Free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play store . If you are interested in using this method to connect to your telehealth appointment click HERE to view the Healow App How-To-Guide Using eClinicalWorks Patient Portal– Using the eClinicalWorks Patient Portal on your computer will allow you to connect to your telehealth appointment, without the need to download the Healow app. Simply use your patient log-in information to access your account and prepare for your visit. Joining via an SMS/text message or appointment reminder e-mail link – If you have a smartphone and are web enabled, you can schedule a telehealth visit with your provider without the need to download the Healow App. On the day of your appointment, 30 minutes before your scheduled time, you will receive a clickable link by text or email that will allow you to join your visit.
All tele-visits can be scheduled through calling the front office at any of the clinic locations that you will be visiting. Front office numbers can be found HERE. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text or email to confirm your appointment date and time. Please review this information to ensure that it is correct. On the day of your appointment, we recommend you “arrive early” to the virtual waiting room at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment when scheduling your first Tele-Visit. A member of our clinical care team will speak with you to ensure that you have all the necessary information for your visit.
