Whatever the need, the outreach team is there to help with everything from planning a health fair to helping a friend get into care. We also enjoy participating in health fairs at schools, businesses, senior citizen centers, community fairs and festivals. We as an organization strive to develop and sustain partnerships and coalitions that, together, build a better, healthier community.
