Mariana Brady Shively is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in children and adolescents. Mariana has a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups in the following areas: anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral and discipline challenges, self-harm, family and relationship conflict, suicide assessment, and risk reduction, as well as self-image and self-esteem. She utilizes various techniques and skills from multiple therapeutic modalities, including Child-Centered Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, CBT, Solution Focused, mindfulness, and relaxation.
Mariana is a Registered Play Therapist with extensive training in play therapy. Through play therapy she provides a safe relationship where individuals can explore their inner thoughts and feelings in the universal language of play.
