Katherine “Katie” Liang Weaver completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Emory University in 2010. She then completed Emory’s dual Midwifery/Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s Program in 2013. She worked in both obstetrics and then infectious disease, certifying as an AAHIVM HIV specialist. In 2022, she completed her PMHNP postgraduate in psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University. Katie believes that mental health is an essential component of holistic wellness, and that a good clinical relationship includes combining her expertise with a firm respect for patient autonomy. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and three teenagers and gardening with her two French Bulldogs, Otis and Bunny.
