Abigail Barron, APC, provides compassionate, bilingual individual counseling in both English and Spanish for teens, young adults, and adults. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions with confidence and resilience.

Grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, Abigail views therapy as a collaborative partnership. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy to create a personalized toolkit tailored to your unique goals. Her focus is to walk alongside you with warmth, active support, and encouragement as you create meaningful, lasting change.

Abigail earned her Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Georgia and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College. Her commitment to accessible mental healthcare began early on as a bilingual volunteer with Crisis Text Line, where she developed a deep appreciation for supporting individuals through their most critical moments.

Dedicated to ongoing professional growth, Abigail strives to foster a safe, non-judgmental space where every client feels truly heard, valued, and empowered.

Beyond the Office – When she isn’t in session, Abigail loves hunting for vintage finds while thrifting, working on craft projects, going for runs, exploring new local food spots, and relaxing at home with her two cats, Smokey and Bella.
