Amanda Mor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from Miami, Florida, graduated with her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Barry University in 2009. She has spent much of her career guiding individuals to use cognitive behavioral health strategies to thrive, despite any behavioral health conditions and/or challenging life circumstances they may be experiencing. Mor, a bilingual LCSW has over 10 years of experience in her field working with diverse populations.
Through her clinical training, Mor has worked within the child dependency system gaining firsthand experience to issues such as homelessness, drug or alcohol abuse and/or domestic violence. While Mor’s passion to help others has always been at her core, her interest to work in the medical field was first sparked in 2010 when she participated in medical missionary trips to Guatemala, Ecuador, and Kenya. Currently, Mor practices at Georgia Highlands Medical Service, a healthcare facility dedicated to serving all patients regardless of their income or insurance status. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys running, traveling and exploring the outdoors.
